i agree with Coach P. Even as a new certified ref i would like feedback on ways to better myself on the field and how to correct them. You want to ref a good game each time and have everyone respect you on the field. I was told in our certification class that you can get assessed anytime, but i don't think it is consistent. I think to upgrade is where you are going to be assessed, not to be recertified unless there are several complaints on you.
