The club team impacts who is chosen only to the extent that it plays a significant role in the development or lack of development of a player. Remember ODP sessions are typically held no more than 2 to 4 times per month. Players must take what coaches teach them and work on those skills on there own. There is no influence on the holdover outcome from the club level. It all come down to who prepares and who shows up during training and region camp, plus a dash of good luck.



and i agree that is the way it should be.read one of the last few post of firstouch.they seem to think that club accomplishments should have some bearing on odp.
