There is something to be said for competition..Put B.E. and P.P's schedules together and their strongest matches are against each other..Both have fine programs.I have to give B.E. the nod on facilities

see... i'm not even talking about that. i'm just talking about from a PLAYING standpoint. to be a student at a school and play on their soccer team. where would i want to play?

if i'm a student - and i was one a few (years/decades?) ago - what high school would have all those things that would make for a great experience?

the things i mentioned are the things that would be important to me. oh, and having a coach that i WANTED to play for would be a big plus, but that is a whole other subject...

from a high school student's perspective, those are the things that would make it ideal for me.

How's PP's girls program?

If it's not in BE's neighborhood.....I'm leaning BE.

Pinewood's girls program is on the rise. they have many new additions including courtney angotti-smith's partner forward from her club team. Courtney, who scored 42 goals last season as an 8th grader, will be able to play with a forward who is more on her level and who she is familiar with. Pinewood also has a few new skilled players to sure up the back line, their main weakness from last season. I would look out for Pinewood girls come playoff time.

Much agreed. All of the new additions to the squad have yet to reach their fell potential either. They've still got alot of growing/ learning to go. As freshmen, who knows how much better they will get. And the returners have quite a bit of skill too. They are sure to be explosive, but yet defensive aswell. Looks to be a solid team this year. I'm looking forward to watching a few of thier games this season.

Belli,
If I was in high school again and had to choose..Who I played against would play a role in whether it was ideal or not.
