Problem is the "good ol boy" mentality. Officials who have been around for a while get the good games while the "new" officials get put on 11 - 0 games. Alot of young officials get put off by this and choose to do something else. You also get the insanity coming from unknowledgable parents. I got out for those two reason alone. Why drive an hour to be screamed at for 3 hours???
