Aaahhh......if only it were as simple as it sounds! The reality is there are too many egos, too much politics, and too many hard feelings to make this an easy task. Would it be impossible to happen? No; however, it sure wouldn't be easy to accomplish for a number of reasons and would require more than what each would probably be willing to do to not only make it happen, but MAKE IT WORK FOR THE PLAYERS.

You are touching on something though that has been discussed many times by several parents as well as players. Only time will tell if this could ever become a reality. Odds are it won't happen, and unfortunately you are left with a dead horse...........
