Had a player yellow carded tonight for scoring a really good team goal and he ran toward our sideline, away from all opposing players, and dove(rainy night) at our fans. got up and hugged his teammates. Sort of taking the fun out of the game right. These kids bust their butts training, running, playing club ball, and in the classroom to do what, SCORE A GOAL!!! Come on you got students and fans sitting in the rain. They want a lil entertainment. Thats the point of the entire game. Just seems a bit harsh for me.
