The point being that in order to keep some initial costs down, they may have some parents coach who may not be "certified", but are more than qualified. A new club is not so bad especially if it starts to attract some players who would not be playing otherwise --> read mission statement. Afterall it is about the kids anyways. Taking a look further down the line about the previous discussions about forming teams of elite players from all clubs, this may be beneficial --> more talent. We shall see...
