anyone know when the high school finals are - I assume either the 9th or 16th and where (heard the Graveyard was dug up - sorry - and the turf being replaced and it could not be used).

14. The Boys Championship series will be played on May 12, 14, 16, 19 & 23. The state finals will be
held at TBA. Play-off admission will be $5.00. State Finals admission will be $8.00.


15. The Girls Championship series will be played on May 11, 13, 15, 18 & 22. The state finals will be
held at TBA. Play-off admission will be $5.00. State Finals admission will be $8.00.

16. State Finals Time Frames – TBA- Upper State will be the host for all State Final games.

is this he ime and place to complain about the location of the state champinship games? good, i was hoping so. playing at memorial stadium is awful. wouldnt play football games on 80 yard wide field would they? wouldnt play basketball on less than a full sized court would they? why treat soccer like ed headed step child? just aint right!

I have to agree with wolfie. Although I like the location, the field is too small.

Why not Clemson or College of Charleston? Is a real pitch really too much to ask for?

There's more than enough real fields to look into. Memorial ia lousy stadium, lousy field, poor facility if its the white concrete block place I think is what you are talking about.

Even Manchester, I know it is probably not big enough but anything is better than a football field.

The IRMO pitch is in great shape and the stadium is more than large enough.
