Can anyone post a link to a bracket for the 4A Girl's state playoff?

This doesn't seem right to me. Normally in a 16 team bracket setting the #1 seed would advance to play the #4 seed in their half of the bracket and #2 would advance to play #3 (assuming the top 4 teams are the best 4 teams). This has #1 possibly playing the #3 seed in the second round. This can't be right.
They did this last year and if I remember correctly Troy set things straight before the meeting started.

Can't be right. There is no tournament anywhere where the #1 seed ends up in the same bracket as the #3 seed with the other bracket having #2 & #4.

Maybe in Missouri, but not in South Carolina.
