Hotels for Parents - all located off Hearon Circle: Courtyard, Extended Stay, Fairfield Inn ... there is a Marriott right next to Wofford as well.

Coaches dinner , Wild Wing! It is like 3 blocks away.

Not sure if it open yet. They closed it down about 1 year ago but I have heard that it will opening back up again.

It was open last year at this time when I took my NSCAA course, I hope it is still open great place to eat and relax

High School Soccer Media -

The annual North-South Soccer Classic, sponsored by Columbia United FC and hosted by the South Carolina High School Soccer Coaches Association, will be held tomorrow at Wofford College's Snyder Field in Spartanburg.

The girls match will kickoff at 12 noon and the boys contest will start at 2 p.m. Admission is $6 and souvenir programs will be on sale for $5. A concession stand will be open at the stadium.

The event recognizes 80 of the top senior soccer players from the South Carolina High School League each summer. The boys event has been staged 21 consecutive years and the girls game has been played annually since 1997. This is the first time the event has been played at Wofford College.

In the boys series, the North leads 13-5-2 and has captured the past two meetings, including a 3-1 victory last year at USC Upstate. The North girls squad holds a slight 6-5-1 advantage in that 12-year series and the sides battled to a 1-1 draw in 2008.
