Arsenal had to "play-in" against Celtic.
Looking at Group H it appears they have a fairly easy path.

Hope so! On paper it looks like a beneficial group considering the other possibilities. I am just glad that there are no far trips to Eastern Europe like Manchester United will have to make and I surely did not want to draw Real Madrid so I was glad to see the selections today.
It used to be that the top four EPL (sorry Barclays) teams got automatic spots. Not so anymore with the Axis countries getting bids as well to reward their league champions.
The Gunners bested the Bhoys both nights and good luck to Celtic in the Europa Cup.

this is prob gone be the best champions league ever, why?
english teams have been doing pretty good lately but it seens that the italians are getting back in shape, not to mention the germans league trying to stay in the game. Bayern should be an strong candidate, they are loaded with Gomez and muller and all the returning players.
Juventus, Milan and Inter all are going to be better contender this year, Inter has Eto now arguably one of the top 3 forwards in the world next to Villa and ibra.
Im not even gone go into the Real-Barca thing, Madrid has the strongest team in decades, prob just as loaded as the Madrid of Puskas and DiStefano.
Barca is going to be solid too.
Chelsea has Carletto as a coach, cant never count Ancelotti out, ManU and Liverpool are still strong, and Arsenal is playing better than ever even though they are young.
La liga starts this saturday, cant wait to see Real Madrid and the Ultra-Galacticos finally together.
Get excited, best competition after the world cup is coming up ; )

so milan had the game of the year for them, they are not gone do anything better than that. one of those games you have once in life.
we will get terry or some other quality defender for the winter trade, we all know our back line is weak, plus we were missing cr9.
where are the barca fans?
i heard inter was in trouble too.
props to the grandpas though (milan) they came up really hard for 10 minutes and they finished the game with an inspiring pato.

Galaxy is supposedly ready to "loan" Beckham to AC Milan again. What do they "get" out of it? Do they get any money?

i have always followed milan since the van basten gullit era, they have too many old players this season, and that is so far the best game they've had since leaonardo got there.
as far as madrid, 80% was blanco, but when milan had to finish they did.
pepe and albiol are terrible, i dont know whats wrong with metzelder. im sure Perez has an elite defender coming up, cannavaro left a big gap in there.
yeah the galaxy gets money for beckam, he is leaving when mls season is done i think, and is all bc capello, capello said that beckam would only get called up if he is playing in europe.
