Point 1 was simply to clarify a question posted by someone else in this thread.
Applications are simply a formality for Premier teams to demonstrate a willingness to participate in the top USYSA league. I don't get the SCYSA bashing when they are subordinate to USYSA.
At the end of the day, SCYSA has an obligation to USYSA to resolve such schedule conflicts if and when they occur. If not SCYSA, then who would you have settle such matters?
