Coach P, I have a question for you. Yesterday at the state cup, SUSC was down five players. We had two taking the ACT in Orangeburg and one at a dance thing (crazy I know), and two with season ending injuries. We asked the ref for extra time (ten minutes) before starting the game-we had another player about ten minutes away. They denied us the extra time and started the game 3 minutes early. We were complaining to the offical and he basically told us tough luck. In fact, the CESA premier coach (a true gentleman) asked us if we needed time for another player to show up. Therefore, when all was said and done we had to play a player down. My question is, "can the scysa official deny the request for additional time?" I thought we had ten minutes (no more of course). However, they were truly a better team and deserved the win.
