It becomes not "ethical" when college IMPACT players are used consistently by cesa as part of a game plan to win State Cup.

I believe you called it a practice used regularly. Still does not make it right. Does every club at the U18 level need to leave a few spots on their roster so they can add college level players in order to compete with cesa at State Cup?

It's a loophole that needs to be closed and I planned to bring it up after State Cup, win or lose.
