So it's "ethical" and "in the spirit of the game" when one team transfers a player that was not on the team all season (completely within the rules), but it's not "ethical" and "in the spirit of the game" when it is done (again, completely within the rules) by the other team who happened to be the team that won?

It becomes not "ethical" when college IMPACT players are used consistently by cesa as part of a game plan to win State Cup.

I believe you called it a practice used regularly. Still does not make it right. Does every club at the U18 level need to leave a few spots on their roster so they can add college level players in order to compete with cesa at State Cup?

It's a loophole that needs to be closed and I planned to bring it up after State Cup, win or lose. If we need to also ban high school seniors that played on teams that didn't make it to State Cup, I'm fine with that, too.

I don't agree that it is un-ethical to use college players any more than to use a player who had previously played at any higher level such as ODP, regional teams, national youth teams, etc. I disagree that this is a loop hole that needs to be closed and I guess we will just cancel each other's vote with SCYSA.
