Not sure I follow this one. Unless you are getting an exchange student from some remote third world country I would think they would have some type formal training. I'm sure exchange students from somewhere in Europe or most places in South America would surely have training. Most of the kids in these places didn't start soccer at 4 or 5 years old like our kids - they start even earlier than that.
