High School Soccer Media -

The fourth annual Clash of the Carolinas will be held Friday July 9, 2010 at Daniel Island's Blackbaud Stadium, home of the Charleston Battery. The "Clash" is the only interstate all-star match in the country for boys and girls high school soccer. All three previous Clashes have been held at Blackbaud Stadium.

The girls match will kickoff at 1 p.m., and will be followed by the boys contest at 3:30 p.m. The Charleston Battery, a member of the United Soccer League Division 2, will entertain the Richmond Kickers at 7:30 p.m. The girls series is tied at 1-1-1 and the boys series is tied at 0-0-3.
