I hope this isn't the same type of situation that the old Aiken club got in to. They would havge something similar to that and the assistant coaches would basically run all the training sessions. Problem is that the coaches would pick up the larger pay checks for not doing the work. Not saying that this IS the case but just hope that it is NOT.
