After looking at those 11 posts it does seems the poster is as former USAer who might be unhappy with CESA cost and takeover. Where would they go?? Is'nt CESA only game in town out there?
Question is legit though how many teams can a really good coach run?
I can see 3 or 4 if the age groups are done right and practices are set up properly but is it desirable? I know some clubs will pool age group practices i.e. U15/16/17 and let coaches work with all the teams.
