I happen to be an Irmo parent and don't appreciate the innuendo that "Mary" is an Irmo parent-you make it sound like all the Irmo folks are whining about everything. My daughter was nominated for All-State,didn't make it and has not lost any sleep over it-neither have I. The girls that made it were deserving of it-just my "Irmo two cents worth".
I think her main concern,once she actually gets to it,is the fact that the Region representatives did not show up for the meeting.They didn't,it's over and done,so let's move on. My daughter was glad for the recognition from her coach and THAT is all that matters..can we close this thread now?????
