HappyDaddy, I agree with your point. However, the S.C. High School League says there has to be a "winner" and unfortunately scores are reported as "results" - i.e., a 1-1 draw ends up being 2-1 (in favor of someone via penalty kicks).
One thing to note is that when it comes to weekly rankings and Massey Ratings, all draws are considered just that!
