So, what we know now is...
1. All boys in SC are free (as in not restricted by league or club affiliation rules) to participate in ODP except those on USSF Academy teams.
2. All girls in SC are currently free (as in not restricted by league or club affiliation rules) to participate in ODP without exception.
Is that correct? If so, then the question becomes... Will all members of the "new" ODP committee encourage and support those players eligible to participate in ODP to do just that?
