Why St. Joe's in "the next few years"? If the stuff you describe has been going on in Ohio for decades.......why hasn't St. Joe's filled up their trophy case? Why hasn't St. Joe's received the same treatment that BE has?
Kids play sports because they find it fun. Eliminate the fun and soon you eliminate the kid.
