Here is a question for some of the soccer experts.....Some of the SCYSA rules were in place when all the kids played for a SCYSA team. Then the Academy came in to play and a few years later the ECNL. I beleive that both programs are register US Club. Should SCYSA change a few rules? Maybe kids that play on SCYSA teams should not be able to go out of district to play on another team? Maybe duel roster players like NC does?
This weekend I watch a few teams play that had kids out of district on their team. Some got very little playing time if any at all. Does not make sense to be roster on a top team in the state if you don't get playing time. Some of this kids could go to another team in their district and get more playing time! And duel roster if they want to play Academy or ECNL.
