Don't we all have to deal with that when we sign up to help coach youth sports? Still I must say from my limited view and knowledge of ODP, this does seem to be a task for a masachist.
Odd you choose EPL as the end goal for the prima donnas. Seems like most I've heard see a soccer scholarship as the end goal over professional play, representing your Country, or even participate in the Olympics (imagine). By the way only a year away now from London 2012 and schedules are posted. I for one will be flying across the pond to catch some swimming & gymnastics (oops olympic soccer).
