This is a generic form that the SCHSL uses for all sports. It is not soccer specific. Big problem here is how a referee will report "DOGSO".

If the last defender attempts to tackle a forward going to goal, doesn't get the ball, and the referee deems that the defender who commits the foul is the last defender back......guess what?

Let me explain this to you in basketball terms. The player is ejected from the game and gets a 2-game ban for essentially preventing a lay-up.

Sound fair? Does the punishment fit the crime?
