Some have suggested to have the coaches do the assessment of their games. I don't believe a coach who just won, or lost a game is going to be the best assessor. The referee is there to ensure the game is played safely, fairly, within the rules and with integrity. The coach of the same game has different objectives. I suggest a coach from a different school, other then from the two teams playing be the assessor. I'm sure a system could be worked out to make this happen.

This could suppliment the current referee assessors.
