I agree.

Coach P did an excellent job of arranging 4 divisions within the lowerstate and upperstate, based on competitiveness. Promotion/relegation would be a good idea but it's probably not practical with graduation turnover.

Kids play sports because they find it fun. Eliminate the fun and soon you eliminate the kid.
