The $200 fee at CESA for team start up is paid to the team manager and is part of your team fees that are charged at all clubs for tournament fees and other team expenses. If you pay your 675 club fee up front and get a 10% discount there are no monthly fees.
My daughter played for Columbia United and CESA and I can tell you in fees CESA is less expensive.
