My kid is a u17.....and I can whine with the best of them about how do these kids get on the national team, yadda yadda yadda.
The Czech game was really fun to watch. Brilliant is too strong a word....but they played great and played a good style. The men's team.....even when they play well they suck as far as I'm concerned. The best attacking player I've seen in terms of beating people one v one and creating dangerous situations is the dadgummed left back. Our forwards and middies appear incapable of doing that.
Its what I loved about the 17's the other day.....there were a handful of kids doing it. And their central midfield play was outstanding.
Then we lose to Uzebkastan? Isn't that where Borat is from?
