And for the record I am anti ref bashing. You do not have an easy job. By rule none of my players or parents are allowed to yell at the ref. If you blow a call I will ask you about at the half or after the game to see why a call was made. But the effort thing p---es me off. At the U9/U10 you are paid $24 a game. So $24 an hour, considering that you see why we get so upset when there is a lack of effort on your part?
