Mike was a wonderful person, doctor and soccer dad. We are blessed that he had time to pass down these attributes to his children. He will be greatly missed not just by the parents and patients but by the kids to whom he came into contact. Although his family is mourning I am sure Mike would want us to raise a toast to him saying "job well done". You are in a better place than we can imagine. I am better off for knowing Mike Sullivan.
