Questions for those in the know-

1) Why does CESA have in U18 Boys both CESA 94 and 93 competing?

Wouldn't they be better served to fill 2 age group brackets?
CESA always stresses to the parents and players the importance of playing in your proper age group. Are they not contridicting themselves by doing this?

2) How can CESA 92 Girls advance? They are 0-3, shutout in every game?
