" As the ball was not in play, no PK should have been awarded. Bad call.

He feels horrible even though I thought the keeper just made a great save on a pretty good kick. And dubious? At least players hit the ground on that play. If the incident occured before the ball was kicked and moved, it would be misconduct, restart with the corner kick and probably a caution for USB to the offender. If the incident occured after the ball was kicked and moved, it would be a foul, restart with the PK (since the foul occured in the box) and you still could have a caution to the offender.
