South earns a corner kick on pressure by Merritt (B-C), 50' Wando's Gore sails it in and great header for the opening goal by Kelsey Fitzhugh (HHI) gives the South a 1:0 lead.

This game desperately needed that goal. Should open things up a bit now.

Fort Mill's Bonnie Holleman breaks through, but hits it wide right 68' ... a light drizzle on the field now.

Neat highway orange signs from the Eastside contingent. "Watch out South, Andrea is on the 'Hunt'" ... and one for Maddie Meglic as well.

Megan Hunt has a chest ball on the backside and great save by Dagher yields South corner. CK drops in the box and bounces out to the top of the D and is skyed over the backstop for a goalkick, 75'

Great counter for the South! Hanna Ross (Wando) scores on 79' from Westbrook to give South a 2:1 advantage. Great through ball springs a hard-working Ross for the probably game-winner.
