South Carolina’s women’s soccer team will play Stanford tonight in Los Angeles, CA at UCLA’s Drake Stadium in the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament. Kickoff for the #14 Gamecocks and #17 Cardinal is 8 p.m., Eastern Time.
USC is 17-3-2 and routed Furman 5-0 in the First Round last Friday at Stone Stadium. Stanford defeated South Carolina 2-0 in 2011 en route to a 25-0-1 record and the program’s first National Championship. The Gamecocks are 5-1-2 vs. teams in the NCAA Tournament’s 64-team field.
