It was my understanding that in Region play, there were no draws. PK's are used, after OT, to break the tie, correct? Yet on the Eurosport scoreboard I see a draw posted in Region I-AAA that has been there for a while, and has an impact on the overall standings. Who ultimately is the authority keeping track of the standings for postseason purposes?
