As a coach of a 100% minority team, we deal with it every year when we go to specific venues and places to play.
Personally, my kids love it. They feed on it. They play harder to deal with the slurs and the hatred. They want to win more. We address it as a staff for the kids who are not as strong willed, and let them know it is real, and it happens around the globe in every situation.
Heck, if the professional leagues have to deal with it and do not have an answer, what are we to do?? I cannot educate fans...
