Good morning folks,
I want to clarify a few things as we approach the Clash.
When players report, they become the responsibility of the event from that point until they are released following the game. Therefore, we provide all transportation, food and lodging. Players must remain under our care and at no time will they leave our direct supervision for any reason. We have had incidents in the past where parents have taken their child off-site without us knowing. It is not acceptable for any player to leave with anyone. Violation of this will result in removal.
The banquet is on Daniel Island at Bishop England High School. There will be a check-in procedure there and only those who paid will be allowed to enter.
Game tickets will be given out at the banquet to those who purchased them early. And, game tickets will also be available for purchase at the banquet and at the gate.
Dress code for the banquet is business casual. We expect our male players to wear slacks (no jeans) socks, shoes (no flip-flops) and collared shirts. We expect the young ladies to wear the same or skirts/dresses.
Thanks!
