Many thanks! It has been my privilege to serve SCHSSCA. Not to be understated is the benefit of being supported by those who surrounded me during my tenure, without whom none of this would have been achieved. The age-old 80/20 Rule of Leadership states that 80% of the significant work is done by 20% of the members of any organization. The other 80% of the members, well, we are fortunate if they show-up. As a note to the SCHSSCA membership; the 20% that are doing most of the work are aging. In fact, four of those most helpful are currently retired. I will join those ranks soon. Who will step in and serve their association?
