Think you've got some confusion out there. Already seeing Region games posted as "ties", with PK scores shown. Didn't think this pertained to Region games.
Region matches - and regular season games - cannot end in a tie. If a match ends in a 1-1 tie after overtime and penalty kicks then the score should be listed as 2-1 on the Scoreboard and in the notes list the PK result (i.e., 5-3).
