The
Clash of the Carolinas is the nation's only interstate prep soccer all-star event. Founded in 2007, the match annually features the top boys and girls graduated seniors from North Carolina and South Carolina. The 2007-2015 matches were played at Blackbaud Stadium, home of the Charleston Battery of the USL, on Daniel Island, S.C.
The 2016 edition of the Clash of the Carolinas will be played on Saturday, July 9 at
Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh, N.C.
