Is every team guaranteed a spot on the all region team? How does a coach with 3 league wins get the coach's award?

Each team gets a certain number of selections depending on where they finish in region, BUT also some regions have different rules so they may be slightly different than others. Usually 1st gets most and last gets 1 or 2. Even if he 1 or 0 regions wins, he would still get a selection pick.

As far as the coaching award, it's very difficult, from the outside, to judge how well someone is coaching. A coaches record isn't indicative of how well they necessarily coach. That's why the coaches vote. I'm happy for Alister. He's a good coach, a nice guy, and he deserves it.

I appreciate the coaches that voted for me. It was a tough season but my boys played hard. We lost 15 of 18 players from last year's team so we knew it would be a rebuilding year.
Success isn't always judged by wins and loses.

I applaud the coaches from 7 4A voting in this direction, watching their colleagues dealing with the various circumstances that pop up. All of these coaches(whom I know personally) are nothing but class--once again--the class has peculated to the top.
