I believe quickest feet/fastest refers to how quick your feet are with the ball or around the ball and the first two steps after you have made a cut or thrown a move. My vote would go to Christan Monroe at Irmo. He can step over the ball 5 times before you know what he has done and by that time he is by you. With that said, I thought the left outside back for AC Flora high school did a very nice job of containing him on Wednesday night.
