Re: the HH CN Match
addidaassoccer is correct. A talented CN team plays @ HH the last match of the season. If the first game has any bearing on the Region seedings or standings the teams will resolve it after the game through two 5 minute OT periods and if it is still tied it will go to pk's. The game is considered complete due to the fact that the entire first half was played prior to the weather.
The first half was pretty much a stalemate with HH getting opportunities on 3 Corner Kicks and 2 direct kicks while CN had it's share of opportunities including 1 direct kick and one shot from a short corner that hit the crossbar.
Both teams will have to put this healthy rivalry on the backburner until May 5th because HH has two tough matches this week with Wilson Hall(8-1) tonight, and Hammond (10-2) on Friday, while CN has a showdown with a very good Ben Lippen team. Should make for an interesting 48 hours........weather permitting.
