You're only going to get labeled as pedantic if you go about trying to tell folks how not to spell. I've tried it and it isn't pretty.

ps: "Yah" is pretty ugly. "Ya'll" you can almost write off as knowing the contraction is made of two separate words, though not quite knowing where the words start and stop. "Abnoxious" suggests a congential abnormality of the muscles of the abdomen and not having been there I just don't know. The most interesting part of GS3's post is the part about the girl on the team and I am not going to touch that, other than to say that girls playing on boys' teams generally are to be held in high esteem.
