if brookland cayce and myrtle beach were to meet in the lower state that myrtle beach would be the home team. How it works is the team that is seeded higher has home field advantage. If the teams are seeded the same like BC is 1st seed and MB is a 1st seed that the team that is on top in the official brackets is the home team. This year that advantage belongs to MB.

a matchup id love to see even though it is doubtful in BC-Dreher which is always a great intense game anyways and the playoffs would only make it better. We would have to beat Myrtle Beach to get there though.

Id say the champion is going to come out of the Upstate this year. A lower state team hasnt won since like 1988. Seems like the state championship game is played every year in the upperstate final.
