We are now down to 2 or 3 other "what should the ref do", "what is the rule / law for...", but can we agree (Kyle?) that the ref probably made the correct call in the IFK.
And as to the answers for the other quueries, should the answer be for USSF or high school if there is a difference?
For the goalkeeper, the ref probably ruled on the side of caution. If the goalkeeper is in possession and not having seen the play, cannot state as to whether gk did or did not have possession, then ref's call should be correct.
The refs only goof, err and make mistakes when it is against your team.
