If the keeper is bouncing the ball to himself as he proceeds to the edge of the penalty area, he is in possession of the ball and should not be interfered with in any way. I would disallow the goal. If keeper places or drops the ball with intent to play it out with his feet, then it's anybody's ball. Keepers often bounce the ball once or twice while preparing to punt, drop kick, or throw the ball back into play. A player hiding or remaining close to try and intercept a goalie mistake while in possession is interference and might deserve a yellow card.
