PKs are chance if you do not do your homework. If you are a GKer and know cues and tendencies, then PKs are more chance for the shooter and more science for the GKer.
If you do not find PK win thrilling, then you have never been a GKer who dove and saved a PK that gave your team the win and had the team rush you and carry you off the field!! I was lucky enough to have that exact situation happen a few times in 1995 in our state title run for Riverside. If you are a GKer and do not RELISH a shootout to determine a game, then you are not a true GKer. Like I said earlier, as a player, give me PKs to decide a game any day!!!
